Why did you become a coach? I became a coach because I know what it feels like to struggle — with confidence, self-worth, and feeling out of place. For me, the gym was the first space where I felt strong, accepted, and capable. The coaches I had growing up helped me believe in myself when I couldn’t do it alone. Now, I want to be that support for someone else. With my background in mental health, I’ve seen how movement can be a powerful tool for healing — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
