I personally want to share that JMB is the best thing that has ever happened to me health wise in my adult years. This establishment helped me rejuvenate the physical aspect that was lacking in my life. They have also got me back on track nutritionally. I had been in a slump for years, and while seeking out health options besides a PT program, this gym is geared toward us adults. I was anxious about the unknown however I want to share that this establishment is a welcoming environment and an alternative to typical gym memberships, sooooo welcoming, personal, and extremely professional. It is so nice to be in an environment where they know your needs, cater to the adult customer, and welcoming to all shapes and sizes !!!! I feel 1000% better, stronger, less joint pain, and in a short amount of time. Is it a work out, yes however again they recognize your abilities and a no judgement atmosphere.
